Jane Finn, the director of the company, has been involved with the Financial Services industry for over 20 years. Her background, prior to joining the industry, was as a nurse, midwife and health visitor. She then had five children which proved a challenge to juggle all the balls at once but she survived. It has now made her very multi-tasking!!
Jane brings to financial services the same skills as when she worked within the health service. Offering care and attention to clients, being mindful of their needs. Explaining everything in plain English.
She recently won a competition run by Liverpool Victoria who were searching for the best protection sales idea. She is an Aquarian and always prefers to draw pictures to illustrate a point. That’s what won the prize, she drew a bath plug!!
She was also approached by a mystery shopper from an industry newspaper requesting information on mortgages. She scored the highest marks out of 5 mortgage brokers contacted. The overall comment was: “The shopper found the adviser really easy to talk to, friendly and informative. She seemed eager to help the shopper in any way she could”
